Many signs being scattered throughout the county by the pro levy folks are intentionally misleading and used as just another scare tactic. Many schools in Idaho do not run levies and not one that I could find has ever been taken over by the state, not one.

No doctors have left the Grangeville hospital because of a levy failure, nope not one. One went to the Cottonwood hospital and her children are in private school as I understand. Another one moved to Alaska, his children are homeschooled. Since the levy failures we have been blessed with several new MDs, PAs and NPs. We have added a very talented and wonderful surgeon. We added a great new Md recently and one more coming very soon.

Sorry but the worn out story of all our medical personnel just doesn’t hold up.

A note from the Editor: See this article as well which points out that the exact opposite will happen if the public school system should fail.

90+ school districts of the 115 in the state run levy’s – you can verify that on the State Dept. of Ed’s website.

Again you do not know if the 2 mentioned doctors in your post above left because the levy failed or not – that is your opinion, as is this statement you’ve made “Since the levy failures we have been blessed with several new MDs, PAs and NPs”You don’t know that is why they came and the way you’ve stated this eludes to that.  I know why Dr. Griffith, who was my doctor, left for AK – do you?
